By downloading, installing, or using the OlO Services application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OlO Services is an admin-curated platform that connects customers with carefully selected restaurants and professionally managed couriers. We facilitate food ordering, cash payment processing, and delivery coordination.

2.1 Service Features

  • Restaurant discovery and menu browsing
  • Order placement and cash payment processing
  • Real-time order tracking
  • Communication between customers, restaurants, and couriers
  • Address management and delivery coordination

2.2 Service Areas

Currently focused on Marrakech, Morocco. Delivery coverage may vary by neighborhood and restaurant zone.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Phone number verification is required
  • One account per person

3.2 Account Types

  • Customer: Browse restaurants and place orders (can create accounts through the app)
  • Restaurant: Managed by our team through admin system (cannot create accounts through the app)
  • Courier: Managed by our team through admin system (cannot create accounts through the app)

3.3 Guest Usage

Customers may browse and order without creating an account, but features are limited.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Order Placement

  • Orders are subject to restaurant acceptance
  • Prices and availability may change without notice
  • Delivery areas are limited to restaurant service zones
  • No minimum order amounts required

4.2 Pricing

  • Delivery Fee: Delivery fees calculated based on restaurant settings and distance (unless restaurant offers free delivery)
  • Service Fee: No additional service fees
  • Pricing Transparency: All fees displayed before order confirmation

4.3 Payment

  • Payment is made in cash upon delivery
  • No online payment processing required
  • Refunds are subject to restaurant policies

5. Delivery and Pickup

5.1 Delivery Service

  • Estimated delivery times are approximate
  • Delivery to accessible locations only
  • Customer must be available to receive delivery
  • Delivery address accuracy is customer's responsibility

5.2 Pickup Service

  • Pickup times are estimated
  • Customer must collect orders within reasonable time
  • Valid ID may be required for pickup verification

5.3 Failed Deliveries

  • Multiple delivery attempts may incur additional fees
  • Uncollected orders may be disposed of after reasonable time
  • Refunds for failed deliveries are at restaurant discretion

6. Restaurant Partners

6.1 Restaurant Obligations

  • Maintain food safety and quality standards
  • Provide accurate menu information and pricing
  • Fulfill orders in reasonable time
  • Communicate order status updates

6.2 Menu Management

  • Restaurants control menu availability and pricing
  • Real-time updates for item availability
  • Customization options managed by restaurants

7. Courier Partners

7.1 Courier Requirements

  • Valid courier's license and vehicle insurance
  • Compliance with local traffic laws
  • Professional conduct with customers
  • Timely order pickup and delivery

7.2 Courier Responsibilities

  • Safe handling of food orders
  • Accurate delivery to specified addresses
  • Communication with customers regarding delivery status

8. User Conduct

8.1 Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent orders or payment information
  • Harassment of other users, restaurants, or couriers
  • Violation of local laws or regulations
  • Misuse of the platform for non-food delivery purposes

8.2 Content Standards

  • Accurate information in profiles and orders
  • Respectful communication with all parties
  • No spam, advertising, or promotional content

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9.1 Location Data

  • Location services required for restaurant discovery and delivery
  • Real-time location sharing during active deliveries (couriers only)
  • Location data not shared except as necessary for service delivery

9.2 Communication

  • We may send order-related notifications and updates
  • Marketing communications require explicit consent
  • You can opt out of non-essential communications

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 OlO Property

  • The App, including design, code, and content, is owned by OlO
  • OlO trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property
  • Users granted limited license to use the App for its intended purpose

10.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you provide
  • You grant OlO license to use content for service delivery
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to content you provide

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.1 Service Availability

  • Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues
  • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion

11.2 Third-Party Services

  • Restaurants and couriers are independent third parties
  • We are not responsible for food quality, safety, or delivery issues
  • Payment processing handled by third-party providers

11.3 Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability limited to the amount paid for the specific order

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OlO harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by User

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Outstanding orders must be completed or canceled
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance

13.2 Termination by OlO

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
  • Refunds for terminated accounts subject to our refund policy

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.

14.2 Dispute Process

  1. Direct Resolution: Contact our support team first
  2. Mediation: Good faith mediation if direct resolution fails
  3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration for unresolved disputes
  4. Jurisdiction: Moroccan courts have exclusive jurisdiction
