The terms that apply when you use OlO Services for local food delivery, pickup, and related support.

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the OlO application and related services. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using OlO, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The OlO service

OlO helps customers discover local restaurants, place orders, and coordinate delivery or pickup. Availability, restaurants, menus, prices, and delivery areas can change over time.

Our role

OlO manages a curated local service and works with selected restaurants and couriers.
Restaurants prepare food and manage their menus, availability, and prices.
Couriers support the delivery of active orders where delivery is available.

Accounts and eligibility

Using your account

Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
Keep access to your account secure and contact us promptly if you believe it has been used without permission.
Use the service only in a lawful and respectful way.

Orders, prices, and payment

Placing an order

Review the restaurant, items, delivery address, and total before you confirm an order.
Prices, menu availability, delivery fees, and estimated times are shown in the service and may change before an order is placed.
An order request is subject to restaurant availability and confirmation.

Cash payment

Payment is currently made in cash upon delivery or pickup, as shown for the order.
Please have the appropriate amount available when receiving the order.

Delivery and pickup

What customers need to do

Provide an accurate, accessible delivery address and be available to receive the order.
Use the order details to contact the restaurant or courier directly when immediate coordination is needed.
Collect pickup orders within a reasonable time when pickup is selected.

Timing and availability

Delivery and pickup times are estimates, not guarantees.
Weather, traffic, restaurant capacity, and other operational factors may affect timing or availability.

Respectful use

You must not

Place fraudulent orders, provide false information, or attempt to interfere with the service.
Harass, threaten, or abuse customers, restaurants, couriers, or OlO team members.
Use OlO in violation of applicable laws or for purposes outside the intended food delivery service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with the service. By using OlO, you acknowledge that policy.

Availability and limitations

We work to keep OlO available and useful, but the service may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OlO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using OlO at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service where reasonably necessary, including for a breach of these terms, fraud, safety concerns, or legal obligations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the application, by email, or by another appropriate method. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
