- Push-notification tokens used to send relevant order updates.
- Device and app-use information used to keep the service working and improve its performance.
Partner information
- Restaurant and courier information managed and verified by the OlO team as part of operating the service.
- Restaurant menus, descriptions, and courier details maintained through OlO’s managed operations process.

Website analytics and session replay
On olo.ma, we use PostHog only when you choose to allow optional analytics. It helps us understand page visits and interactions so we can improve the website.
If you also allow session replay, PostHog may create a masked replay of your website visit to help us find and fix usability or technical issues. A replay is not a camera recording. Form inputs are masked, and we take steps to avoid recording sensitive information.
PostHog processes this optional website data for OlO using its United States cloud service. You can accept, reject, or change these optional choices at any time through the Privacy settings control on olo.ma.

How information is shared
We share information only when it is needed to operate the service, comply with applicable obligations, or protect OlO, its users, and the public.
With people involved in your order
- Restaurants receive the order details needed to prepare an order.
- Couriers receive the contact and delivery details needed to complete an active delivery.
With service providers
- Trusted providers may process information on our behalf to support authentication, infrastructure, notifications, analytics, and customer support.
- We do not sell personal information or provide it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Security and retention
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal or operational requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
