Your menu prices should not have to rise to cover a platform’s cut.
Many delivery platforms charge restaurants a 20–30% commission on every order. The larger the order, the larger the cut, so platform menu prices are often raised to cover it and the customer pays the difference. OlO charges one low fixed fee for each completed order, agreed upfront, so the price you set stays the price your customer pays.
On many delivery platforms
- A 20–30% commission is taken from each order.
- The cut grows as the order value grows.
- Menu prices are often raised to cover it.
With OlO
- One low fixed fee for each completed order.
- The same fee on a small or a large order.
- Your menu prices stay exactly as they are.
A percentage is a cost you cannot plan for
A percentage changes with every order, so what you owe is only clear after the fact. A fixed fee behaves like any other running cost: you know it before the order arrives, and it does not grow when the basket does. OlO takes a low fixed fee per completed order, agreed upfront, and never a share of your food revenue.
Nothing is added on your customer’s side either
Customers pay no fee to OlO. Each item costs what it costs at your counter, pickup is free to place, and any delivery cost is shown before the order and goes to whoever delivers it. Ordering from you through OlO is never the more expensive way to order from you, which is the condition a regular customer needs before ordering becomes a habit rather than an occasional treat.
The delivery fee is not ours to take
When you deliver an order yourself, the delivery fee your customer pays goes to you. When an OlO courier delivers it, that fee goes to the courier. OlO takes no percentage of either one, and no percentage of the food.
You decide how each order is fulfilled
Set your restaurant to pickup, delivery, or both. If you deliver yourself, you set your own delivery fee, your own radius, and your own minimum order, and you keep the delivery fee you charge. That radius can reach beyond the zone OlO couriers cover, and all of it is yours to change whenever you want: drop the fee on a quiet evening, widen the area while you have a driver free, then set it back the same day. If you would rather not deliver at all, an OlO courier covers a small neighbourhood zone around you.
Placement on OlO cannot be bought
No restaurant can pay to appear first, buy a better position, or advertise its way into what customers see. What a customer sees follows their address and what is actually available. Item photos have to be real: where a real photo does not exist, OlO shows no image rather than an AI-generated one.
