The same meal should not cost more because you ordered it online.

Many delivery platforms charge restaurants a 20–30% commission on every order. Restaurants may then raise their platform menu prices to cover that cost, while the platform can add a service fee for the customer at checkout. The same meal can end up costing far more than it would at the restaurant or when ordered directly.

On many delivery platforms

  • The restaurant pays a 20–30% commission on each order.
  • Menu prices may increase to help cover that commission.
  • A platform service fee can be added for the customer.

With OlO

  • Every item is priced exactly as at the restaurant.
  • OlO is free to use. No service fees.
  • Delivery cost goes to the restaurant or courier.

A high-margin model does not fit everyday food

When a platform takes a large percentage of every order, the cost has to land somewhere. For everyday food orders in Morocco, that can leave both restaurants and customers paying more than they should.

Better than calling around

OlO shows the restaurants that can serve your address, their confirmed menus, current availability, and pickup or delivery choices in one place. You can decide what you want without calling to ask what is available or how much each item costs.

Order now, go when it is ready

Pickup is free to place through OlO. Send your order, receive a notification when it is ready, then go to the restaurant to collect it. You pay the restaurant’s menu price without the call, the repeated questions, or arriving to find that your order is still not ready.

Clear updates after you order

Follow your order and receive updates while the restaurant prepares it and delivery is coordinated. You should know what is happening after you order, not be left to call again for an answer.

Actual restaurants, not made-up storefronts

OlO works directly with the restaurants it shows. It does not create ghost restaurants or split one kitchen into several invented brands. Menus are confirmed with the restaurant, and item images are real. If a real photo is not available, OlO shows no image instead of a generated one.

Delivery that stays manageable

Some platforms also take commission from couriers and stack several orders into one trip. That can make delivery harder to predict. OlO uses a low fixed fee agreed upfront and connects restaurants, customers, and couriers within small neighbourhood zones, so delivery stays practical to coordinate.
