The delivery fee goes to you, deliveries stay inside small neighbourhood zones, and OlO earns one low fixed fee for each completed delivery, agreed upfront.

A fixed fee, and only on deliveries you complete

OlO earns one low fixed fee for each delivery you complete, agreed before you start. It is never a percentage of the delivery fee and never a share of the food. A delivery that is not completed generates no fee at all.

Short runs inside a neighbourhood

OlO connects restaurants, customers, and couriers inside small zones instead of routing a single order across the city. Runs stay within an area you come to know, and the restaurants and streets repeat rather than changing with every job.

You choose what you take

Available deliveries appear in a list and you claim the ones you want. Nothing is assigned to you automatically. Once you claim an order it is locked to you, so two couriers can never end up on the same delivery. Going online or offline is one toggle, and if you go offline with a delivery still active the app asks you to confirm first.

Your location is shared only while you deliver

Location sharing starts when you collect an order and stops when it is delivered or cancelled. It does not run the rest of the time. While it is on, the app tells you when signal, permissions, or battery are affecting the tracking the customer sees, so a problem surfaces while you can still fix it.

How joining, cash, and your own record work.

You cannot register yourself. Couriers are checked and hired by our team, then assigned to specific restaurants, either delivering for a restaurant directly or delivering under OlO. It stays a curated group rather than an open pool, so everyone on a delivery knows who they are working with. If you want to deliver with OlO, the contact page reaches the team that hires.

Customers pay in cash, and the delivery fee they pay is yours. OlO earns one low fixed fee for each delivery you complete, agreed before you start, never a percentage of the delivery fee or of the food. Those fees are recorded per completed delivery and settled with our team.

Customers choose, while ordering, the amount they will pay with. Your order details show that amount and the change owed at the top of the screen, so you arrive with the right change ready instead of working it out at the door.

Yes. Going online or offline is a single toggle. If you go offline while a delivery is still active, the app asks you to confirm first, so a customer is not left with an order in progress by accident.

A delivery you do not complete generates no fee at all. Location sharing stops at the same moment, exactly as it does on a delivery that finishes normally.

Yes. Deliveries completed, average response time, average delivery time, and average deliveries per day are visible to you in the app, so your record is something you can look at rather than something you have to take on trust.

You sign in with your phone number and an SMS code, so there is no password to keep. You can call or message the restaurant or the customer straight from the delivery when something needs a real conversation.
