How the service works.
Every restaurant and courier on OlO was onboarded by our team. Nothing is listed that we have not confirmed, and nothing can be paid for to appear higher.
Menus confirmed with the restaurant
Our team builds each listing and enters the menu using prices confirmed directly with the restaurant, so the price in the app is the price at the counter. Item photos are real: where a real photo does not exist, OlO shows no image rather than an AI-generated one.
Pickup, restaurant delivery, or an OlO courier
Each restaurant sets what it offers. Pickup is free to place. Restaurants that deliver themselves set their own radius and fee and keep that fee. Anything else goes to an OlO courier working a small neighbourhood zone.
Cash at pickup or on delivery
There is no card or online payment anywhere in OlO, by design. Customers choose while ordering the amount they will pay with, so the change owed is known before the courier arrives.
Updates until it reaches you
Follow the order while it is prepared, see the courier’s location once it has been collected, and call or message the restaurant or courier directly when something needs a real conversation.
What the service means for each side.
Customers pay no fee to OlO. Restaurants and couriers pay one low fixed fee, agreed upfront, for each completed order or delivery, never a percentage.
