How do I place an order?
Browse our curated selection of local restaurants, add items to your cart, and place your order. Payment is made in cash upon delivery.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees are up to 5 MAD (free for pickup orders). No hidden charges or surge pricing — what you see is what you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by restaurant and location, typically 30–60 minutes. You'll receive real-time updates on your order status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payment upon delivery to keep fees low and ensure transparency.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled while pending (awaiting restaurant confirmation). After confirmation, please call the restaurant directly. Their contact info is available in the app.
How do I save delivery addresses?
You can save multiple addresses in your profile for faster reordering.
Can I order from multiple restaurants at once?
No, each order is placed with one restaurant at a time to ensure faster preparation and delivery.
What if I have a problem with my order?

Do you offer refunds?
