Yes. The menu prices shown on OlO are confirmed directly with each restaurant and match the prices at the restaurant. OlO adds no markup and no customer service fee. Pickup is free, and delivery charges are shown before checkout.
OlO is cash-first. Pay in cash when you collect your order or when it arrives. For delivery, you can tell us the amount you will pay with so the courier can bring the right change.
Yes, where the restaurant offers it. Choose pickup, delivery by the restaurant, or delivery with an OlO courier. Pickup is always free.
Yes. Browse restaurants, explore menus, and build your basket as a guest. You only verify your phone number with an SMS code when you place your first order.
Yes. Follow your order through each stage in the app. Once a courier has picked it up, you can see their live location, estimated arrival time, and distance.
You can cancel an order yourself while it is still pending. Once it has been confirmed, call or WhatsApp the restaurant directly. You can also contact the courier from your order details when needed.
